My career has taken me through quite a few different worlds – fitness, sales & marketing, technology, business, leadership and education. I’ve worked in commercial environments, built businesses, worked with leaders and teams, taught, trained and facilitated. More recently, coaching and psychology have become an important part of my work, too.

What connects all of this?

My curiosity about people. How we think, learn and make decisions. What helps us thrive, what holds us back, and why people who are perfectly capable sometimes struggle to see that in themselves. That curiosity has shaped my own learning as much as my work.

I’ve completed an MSc in Psychology and a Diploma in Executive and Business Coaching, and I’m now continuing that journey through postgraduate research. I enjoy bringing these different perspectives together – combining what I’ve learned through experience with what I’m continuing to learn about people, behaviour and performance.
